matt giordano, badass

matt giordano is a badass. i always say the preseason means nothing when it comes to team performances, but individual performances can definitly show you something. and matt giordano had a pretty damn good preseason if you ask me. he shows he has speed and always seems to be in the right place at the right time. and guess what, he showed up big time in the season opener against the saints. his interception of drew brees, who i consider the 3rd best qb in the nfl (after peyton manning and carson palmer), showed his ability to put himself in position to make the big play. and he showed his speed on the 83 yard return that resulted in 6 points and put the final nail in the coffin. i salute you, mr. giordano. you are most certainly a badass.

Ladies and gentlemen, the day has finally arrived. Later tonight, our beloved Indianapolis Colts will take the field and once again embark on a quest to ultimate glory. Starting tonight, our heroes will be in perpetual pursuit of the hallowed Lombardi Trophy, hoping to raise it again, this time in Glendale, Arizona. Let us gather, men women, and children, to watch in awe as Mr. Manning and company, led by the honorable Coach Dungy, begin their march to Super Bowl XLII.
